If you have separate EFD files or floorplans that you want to merge into one drawing, use the appropriate method below.
Check for a merged venue template
If you are using Event Floorplans venue templates, check the venue template download page to see whether a merged version is already available. If it is, download it, then copy and paste your stands and other items into the new template.

Add extra halls from the venue templates
If you are using Event Floorplans venue templates, use INSERT > Online Hall/Room to add the additional halls you need.

Copy and paste between separate EFD files
If you are not using the venue templates, open the different EFD files and copy and paste from one file into another to merge them.
