Each show on Floorplan Live is linked to the show name and dates in your drawing. If the show name or dates in EFD are changed so they no longer match Floorplan Live, the drawing can't upload.
How to fix it
Option 1: change them back. Put the show name and dates back to what they were in Drawing Properties, then close the drawing and upload again.
Option 2: send us the file. If the new name or dates are correct and need to go on Floorplan Live:
- Only the show name has changed: please contact us and send your EFD file.
- The dates have changed: please send your EFD file to Richard Gnyla at Floorplan Live (richard@eventex.co.uk).
IMPORTANT: Once we send your file back, you must use that file from then on. Delete or stop using your old copy. If you carry on working in the old file, you'll get a "This is not the master plan" message when you try to upload.
Next year's show
To roll a plan over to next year, make a copy using FL - Make Offline Copy, change the show name and dates in the copy, then send it to Richard Gnyla (richard@eventex.co.uk) to set it up as the new master plan on Floorplan Live.
