Some venue templates, such as ExCeL, come with the snap settings locked to grid mode. This keeps stands lined up with the grid. You can't remove the password yourself. If you need to change the snap settings, contact us and send your EFD file, and we'll remove the password for you.
On these templates the visible grid is 1m and the snap is 0.25m.
NOTE: Cursor Increment only applies to the X-Y coordinate snap.
TIP: The Grid button only turns the visible grid on or off. To turn snapping off, go to Grid & Snap Settings.
