The Stand colours look washed out on screen but look fine in my exported files such as PDF, why is this?

This is because the default setting for Stand and Zone transparency is set to 50%.

The reason for this is so that while you are working on your floorplan, the pillars, service ducts etc do not get hidden underneath the Stands or Zones.

To adjust this setting go to SETTINGS > Visual Settings > GENERAL > Stand & Zone Transparency options.
