No. Each EFD licence is for one named, registered user, so it can't be shared with colleagues or used by anyone who doesn't have their own licence. Each colleague who uses EFD needs their own licence.
Using EFD on more than one computer
You can install EFD on up to two of your own devices, such as a desktop and a laptop. You can't use EFD on both at the same time.
To move your licence from one of your computers to the other:
On the computer you last used, release the licence (FILE > Release Licence).
Activate EFD on the other computer using your registered email address.
TIP: If you switch between your computers regularly, click the small blue i icon in the top right of the screen and tick Release Licence on Exit. Do this on both computers.
Moving a licence to a new person
If someone leaves or changes role, the licence can be transferred to a new named user, subject to our approval. You can do this up to two times in each annual licence term. To request a transfer, contact us.
